'Rahul says Kashmir is not a problem that's 'part-time'!!!!
But how come during Omars stint the warning bells have a shriller
chime???
It is not a part time problem and so Omar the part time CM needs to
be removed!
He spends more time in Delhi and his ineptness has been
amply proved!!
Omar has his Papas genes and loves to party and living it up!!!
And even if Rahul sides with him those shouting for his removal
will not shut up!
And even if by a miracle Omar was on the verge of a break through!!
Congress would never allow Omars proposal to go through!!
Like I said its politics that is also adding oil to the J&K fire!!!
Netas will even politick over the dead body of their Dads as from politicking
they never tire!
Army presence should not be reduced and neither Armys powers be
reduced!!
If either is done Indias gone week is what by the
Pakis will be deduced!!
Now its talks with one hand extended for a handshake and in the other
hand a gun!!
This is what needs to be done!!
And make the Army accountable for its greed and lust!!!
This is a must!!
As you will note from Media reports with cricket Pawar is very busy!!!
Not bothered about Food inflation thats sending us into a tizzy!!
He too needs to be sacked and allowed to administer cricket to his hearts
content!!!
Its because of his hay making that sky-high inflation
went!!
Sugar was exported and then imported later at a higher price!!
For Congresss numerical compulsions we Indians are paying the
price!!!
Maybe now Rahul will say inflation too is not a problem that is
part-time!!!
Maybe now issuing part-time and full-time
certificates is Rahuls new pastime!
Inflation is now a long time pain!!!
As long as Pawar is Agriculture and Food Minister its not going to wane!!
Shanti Bhushan says 8 out of 16 CJIs were corrupt
.what
a shame!!!
Of course the Judges Bhushan ne nahi kiye name!!
Why do you think Laloo and likes of him have so much faith in SC???
In SC they have Supreme Confidence or SC!!
Ahmedi and Sabbarwal are two glaring examples based on whats come
out!!
Justice ka rout!!!
Confucius says
. the Highest Court should be like a Temple of Justice!!
But seems some CJIs made SC as the epitome of injustice!!

PM credits P.V. Narasimha Rao for Economic
growth in India
Look at the modesty of Indian Prime Minister Dr. Man Mohan Singh that
he did not take credit for whatever growth the country registered in
post Economic liberalization period. Instead he gave credit to the then
Indian Prime Minister late P.V. Narasimha Rao for giving him (Dr. Man
Mohan Singh) an opportunity to act freely. This observation was made
during one of the meetings that was chaired by Dr. Man Mohan Singh.

"Is it the failure of the Government?"
It is a real pathetic situation that the future of a good hardworking
IPS officer lies in the hands of biased Government. Ironically, our
Force had not seen any such Officer till date who would devote maximum
possible time of a day, even on GH, without caring for personal and
family life. His principle is that everyone should contribute something
new to the Force. Force might have got additional Battalions during
some of the Director Generals. But can any one single DG able to claim
that he had done justice by raising the standards of the rank and file?
No. But he is. He took great care for insulating the Jawans from hardships.
He established Transit Camp at New Delhi Railway Station for the countless
Jawans travelling from the troublesome northern State including J&K
to various parts of India. Otherwise they would have languished at the
Platforms with their precious articles including Government Stores.
He established MT part opposite CGO Complex for the government vehicles
which would otherwise lie unattended in and around JLN Stadium increasing
the threat to the lives of Jawans due to the threat of planting of bombs
inside these vehicles. He is the only DG who travelled on a 5 tonner
vehicle to understand the plight of Jawans in Leh and Ladakh area to
inspect a border post. His endeavour to modernize the Force with state
of the art of weapons and accessories is commendable which in normal
case no DG has ever done. Whatever bad has happened was only because
of the misadventure on the part of the personnel inspite of clear cut
Standard Operating procedures. The only bad thing he might have been
doing is that he is not dancing to the tune of (influential) powers
of the corridors and their political bosses to achieve their whimsical
goals. It is the sheer bad luck of the Force that such news are emanating
and I strongly believe that the Force would see new heights if he is
allowed to serve this Force for the remaining period of his great service
to the Nation.

10 Things that distinguish PM of UPA-1 from UPA-2
1. Opposition no longer accuses him of lame duck PM.
2.He defends his own government- no longer Congress Spokesperson.
3.Journalists and Authors write about PM's achievements, not Congress
Party.
4.Acclaimed authors and journalists write books about PM praising his
tenure while past PM's of congress parties are criticised for the actions
or inactions.
5.He asserts himself: Supreme Court of India Order giving free food
to poor. Compares his government to NEHRU not to NDA
6.It is PM who is now regarded as the most respected and powerful leader
of the world Not the UPA chairperson.(SOURCE TIME MAGAZINE)
7.Gone are the days when NSA MKN, Pol Sec AP or PMO Sec PC (Pulak) could
pass on verbal instructions. PM gets everything in writing now from
10 Janpath.
8.Congress Core committee is debunk for Governance. Its Hon Prime Minister
who calls the shots within the Government.
9.Bureaucrats No longer seek favors Only from number 10 but Number 7
is more important to them.
10. Finally AP is out, PSN is in, Bengali Babu (PM) is out PC (HM) is
in, EX-NSA is out IB chief is in, Ambanis are out RNT is in, SRK is
out AB is in and SPG is out CBI is in.
( AP- Ahmed Patel, PSN - PS Nair, SRK - Shah Rukh Khan , AB Amitabh

On what basis ?
In theory, there is no question of chances for the CS post as either
it should go by seniority or by the preferences of the chief minister
who can overlook as many as 8 to 10 persons without any infringement
of any rules. So, where is the question of scuttling of chances and
on what basis the petition will be heard?

Mismanagement at NASA is a symptom of larger mismanagement
The Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration, Mussoorie,
is the apex training institution in the country for senior members of
the Civil Services in India. The vision of the Academy is to promote
good governance, by providing quality training for building a professional
and responsive civil service in a caring, ethical and transparent framework.
If the National Academy of Statistical Administration (NASA, Greater
Noida, MOSPI), has been built on the model of LBSNAA, Mussoorie, it
should be apex training institution for Statistical Knowledge and Statistical
Skills in the country for senior members of all Group A services. The
vision of the Academy should be to promote good governance, by providing
quality training for building a professional base for informed decision
making in a caring, ethical and transparent framework. Unfortunately,
this is beyond the comprehension of the present management.
It is unfortunate to see that the statistical system under the guidance
of the National Statistical Commission (NSC) has been reduced to a directionless
free for all system. Even the GDP fiasco has failed to shake it.

Bureaucrats should accept reality
Yesterday there was an all party meeting held on Kashmir situation.
Is this a political problem or a military problem? For political one,
I do not have much to say but if we see it from security force angle
than BSF should have been continued there instead of withdrawing them
in 2006 onwards. That was a very serious mistake in government decision.
BSF is the only factor missing from Kashmir issue as of now, rest others
are continuing since beginning. Political and bureaucratic authorities
have to accept this reality and do the needful overall review.
