Modi banna namumkin hai

My Respected Friend, a Retired Senior Bureaucrat, takes a lift in my car from Shimla to Delhi . It's a 8 hour leaisurly drive with stops ...for Lunch at Gyani ka Dhaba ( its slogan - a Murgah saying .....meet me anywhere but eat me at Gyani ka Dhaba) followed by Coffees/ Teas as per the onset of drowsiness/urge.

Me: Pics of someone tied up in front of a Jeep... in the Valley ...have gone viral.
Respected Friend: First ...it seems now the Lootens Gang have 'shifted to the Valley'...they feel now their only hope is to trip Modi in the Valley... so you are going to see a lot of Clips and Pics from the Valley on Social Media...definitely instructions have gone....of course with inducements ...in cash!!
M: And of course Presstitutes will help on fanning the Clips and Pics on MSM... Social Media....and some very proactive statements by Loose Cannons in anti Modi Parties....
RF: Despots in the Valley can kill at will...stone at will ..but if Army takes preventive or protective measures its inhuman...
M: In Israel a stone pelter was tied on Jeep...no Israeli protested...
RF: The desperation is so damn acute that they don't mind hurting India if they can achieve their goal... Modi hatao!!
M: I marvel at Modi ... he put the anti Modi stance of a section of Americans prior his visiting US... behind him... why... Indiaand Indians...here and there came first... Faujis protested ...called him names ...but he ensured OROP was given... and the irony is the Leader of the protesting Faujis is now with Congress that withdrew OROP and denied it ... some Sikhs overseas protested during his visit to US...he responded by pruning the Black List...thanking Sikhs for their contribution to India ...the Sikhs protests there were actually against the Genocide and injustices thereafter ...Modi has nothing to do with these ..
RF: I know this issue is very dear to you because you were affected by the Genocide...
M: And sadly Congress considers a Baptized Sikh as an Enemy ....Congis blame the Khalistan movement for killing thousands of Punjabis ...but who was behind the turmoil in Punjab...who lit the fire with the aim of dousing it later for political gains...who allowed heavily armed Sikhs into Darbar Sahib..and then conducted Blue Star to remove them...who did it on a Holy Day of the Sikhs which led to considerable civilian casualties ..... who was behind the Genocide...who got investigations botched up....why in 2002 riot Justice has been given to a great extent ...why in 1984 cases....its justice delayed and burried!!
RF: The visiting Canadian Defence Minister is a Baptized Sikh so Amrinder's allergy to him ... and seems Amrinder is actually upset as Canada refused him a Visa in the run-up to the Punjab election...he should emulate Modi ...and put the interests of Punjab and Punjabis on the top ..not a personal slight...but then alas... ....Modi banana mushqil hee nahi namumkin hai...

NBCC ties up with Bolix of Poland for adoption of energy efficient Etics solutions technology (UPDATED)
NBCC (India) Ltd. and Bolix, SA of Poland have today, signed a Memorandum of Business Exploration (MOBE) for jointly promoting, developing and adopting External Thermal Insulation and Composite Systems (ETICS) Solutions Technology in construction of highly energy efficient green/smart buildings in India. ETICS Technologyis a robust and long lasting building energy performance solution developed to current standards over the last 40 years. It has proven to be highly cost effective, safe for inhabitants living in insulated houses and hugely beneficial for the environment. This technology is already in use in a big way in European countries and the experience suggests that offices, hospitals, hotels, schools etc. built in those countries by using this technology has substantially contributed towards reduction in energy consumption and carbon emission both in cold and hot climatic conditions. ETICS Technology conforms to a set of globally acknowledged standards which also take into account the procedures and installation techniques related with application. These standards were historically established in Europe and now being taken to all parts of the globe. The system contains components including the basic insulation material (EPS- Expanded Polystyrene Foamor Mineral Wool), layers of adhesive, mechanical fasteners, a reinforced layer with fibre glass mesh, reinforcements and accessories, primers and plasters. Addition of the system to the wall of a structure can create a major impact towards reducing the amount of electricity needed for cooling/heating the interior of the building.
The benefits of using ETICS solution include the following:
Electricity consumption reduction (even up to 35% in moderate climates) for"cooling/heating
Environment protection effect due to the reduction of CO? emission and other "pollutants arising out of the generation of electricity in thermal power plants/diesel
generating sets
Improvement of the aesthetics of the building façade"
Increased comfort, improved microclimate."
Extended life of the building and increased weather resistance."
ETICS installations typically do not need any cement plastering before application of "the installation envelope so this cost too can be saved.
Where the source of electricity is diesel generating sets this also implies savings of f"oreign exchange against crude oil imports.
ETICS reduces the fluctuation of surface wall temperatures leading to fewer "tendencies to form cracks.
It reduces the capital cost of HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air-conditioning) costs by "downsizing the initial requirement.
The MoBE between NBCC and Bolix shall facilitate import of this technology and its application in India and its neighbouring countries through NBCC which is a Govt. of India Navratna Enterprise and a leader in Indian Construction Industry. The implementation of this technology shall also hugely support the Government's ambitious schemes like Make in India, Housing for all by 2022, Smart Cities, Skill India Programme, Swachh Bharat Abhiyan etc.

Good, if technocrats head Ministries

It will be a good idea if technocrats head the Ministries such as HRD, Industry, Power, Mines, Steel, Coal, I&B, etc. and why not Defence too. In the past, technocrats had headed these ministries/ departments. To name a few Mantosh Sondhi in Heavy Industry and later Steel & Mines, KSR Chari in Coal, Dr. Prahlad Basu in Steel & Mines, RV Shahi, etc. Hope Modi Government will act on this idea.

Transfer of RTI Application to several PIOs

A complaint was filed with the CIC alleging that the information sought was not provided and the complainant’s RTI application was transferred to several CPIOs who did not revert in a positive way. The CIC advised the public authority to desist from these kinds of practices which defeats the very purpose and motive of the RTI Act.

Comments

It is a common practice in the headquarters of many organisations to transfer the RTI applications received at their end to different sub-ordinate offices carelessly. Such a blind redirection of the RTI applications needs to be curbed as the same is not envisaged under the Act.
