" Bharat Ratna for Dalai Lama "
The news item ( IE dt April 20,2017)- "China renames six places in Arunachal, says '1st batch ", is disturbing. This is to protest against Dalai Lama's visit to Tawang in Arunachal Pradesh. Tantamounts to violation of India's territorial integrity and sovereignty. No point trusting China that has blocked India's entry into Nuclear Suppliers' Group and in becoming a permanent member of UN Security council. It openly supports Pakistan's refusal to deport Azhar Masood to India besides making frequent incursions into our territory, claiming Tawang , Arunachal Pradesh, as part of south Tibet. We must react against overt and covert threats from China. These are acts of extreme provocations. An open affront to India. MEA mandarins must re-visit India's foreign policy. An immediate diplomatic riposte to China is imperative. Let India confer Bharat Ratna on Dalai Lama.

Analysis

1. Election Manifesto is like Insurance Plan. All verbal commitment and nothing true and benefits available after death.

2. When People feel they have been cheated means no love for countrymen and country.

3. Traders and Middle class Businessmen are like Middle order Batsman. Success Results GDP depends on Traders as they are the main coordinator and link between Manufacturer and the user and distribution network and they keeps busy the citizen , generates employment and The Nation.

They fail means whole system is collapsed and failed .

4. Basic cause of Teen Talaq - is unemployment

Farmers Suicide - Is Produce unsold and not getting right time value.
Unemployment - Not promoting street culture and no Back up Plans for any Bans as people are less educated and uneducated therefore got self employed in unorganised sector for bread and butter.

5. Now In addition more than 1 crores people are un employed and 5 crores family effected.

Transfer of RTI Application to several PIOs

A complaint was filed with the CIC alleging that the information sought was not provided and the complainant’s RTI application was transferred to several CPIOs who did not revert in a positive way. The CIC advised the public authority to desist from these kinds of practices which defeats the very purpose and motive of the RTI Act.

Comments

It is a common practice in the headquarters of many organisations to transfer the RTI applications received at their end to different sub-ordinate offices carelessly. Such a blind redirection of the RTI applications needs to be curbed as the same is not envisaged under the Act.
