Yes Keralam State which is ranked high in many social indexes needs spurt in development activities especially infrastructure, climate for good business etc. The Unionbaji is utmost headache and it has to be tackled ruthlessly, otherwise no industry will survive here.

Make rules for consent by women officer

I agree, women officers face more difficulties when transferred . Government should look into this and make rules for consent by women officer for transfers particularly in the initial years of their service.
