Indian Army to Get RIAS System
Indian Army to get Air Defence Tracked System, Armoured Piercing Tank Ammunition, Dhanush gun systems, High Capacity Radio Relay and Runway Independent Aerial Surveillance System, Other artillery and battlefield support systems. Coast Guard and cross-service elements were also included. This approval contributed to a record FY 2025-26 total of 55 AoN proposals worth Rs 6.73 lakh crore, the highest in any financial year so far. Capital contracts signed in the fiscal year reached significant numbers as well.
