Ajay Sharma gets re-appointment as NE Director, BP Capital Ltd

Ajay Sharma has been re-appointed as a Non-Executive Independent Director of B. P. Capital Limited with effect from September 1, 2026. Sharma has an experience of more than 20 years in trading & retail business and specializes in marketing and administration, real estate business & financial services.

Meanwhile, Faizal Bavaraparambil Abdul Khader has been re-appointed as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director of the company. He is an entrepreneur with about 18 years of experience in manufacturing, trading of plywood, spices, resins and petrochemical and distribution of electronic products.
