Baldeo Purushartha appointed as Senior Adviser to ED, ADB, Manila (UPDATED)

Baldeo Purushartha, IAS (Punjab:2002), currently Joint Secretary, Department of Economic Affairs, has been appointed to the post of Senior Adviser to the Executive Director, Asian Development Bank, Manila, Philippines (a Joint Secretary level Captive Post of Govt. of India) on deputation basis, for a period of three years.
