Bihar govt transfers senior IAS officer Deepak Singh

Senior IAS officer Deepak Kumar Singh (1992) was moved from Additional Chief Secretary to the Governor, to Chief Adviser, Bihar State Planning Council. He retains additional responsibilities as Director General-cum-Chief Inquiry Commissioner, General Administration Department.
