DIC India bolsters board with Tony Sirohi, Shalini Kapoor

Tony Sirohi and Ms. Shalini Kapoor have been appointed as Additional Non-Executive Independent Directors of DIC India Limited, subject to shareholders’ approval. Meanwhile, Prabal Sarkar and Ms. Pritha Dutt resigned as Independent Directors with effect from the close of business hours on November 5, 2026.
