Jarupula Ravinder transferred to Northern Railways

Dr Jarupula Ravinder, who is presently serving in Northeast Frontier Railway (NFR), has been transferred to Northern Railway (NR) on his own request and posted in the cadre. He is an Indian Railway Health Service (IRHS) officer.
