Ajay Shriram Patil has been appointed as an Additional Director and Joint Managing Director of Kirloskar Ferrous Industries Limited. A Cost and and postgraduate in Commerce, he brings over 36 years of leadership experience across global industrial and manufacturing organisations, including Cummins, Honeywell and Eaton. He has held regional and global leadership roles across multiple markets and has expertise in business strategy, corporate governance, capital allocation, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and enterprise transformation.
