New posting for Satya Babu as PCMD, WCR

Dr. K. Satya Babu, presently serving as Principal Chief Medical Officer (PCMO), Integral Coach Factory (ICF), has been transferred to West Central Railway (WCR) and posted as Principal Chief Medical Director (PCMD). He is an Indian Railway Health Service (IRHS) officer.
