Odisha Constitutes CM Economic Advisory Council

The Government of Odisha has constituted the Chief Minister Economic Advisory Council (CM-EAC) in pursuance of its vision to transform Odisha into a "Samruddha Odisha" by 2036 and a "Viksit Odisha" by 2027. Dr Jugal Kishore Mohapatra, Former CS of Odisha, will be the Expert Member.

Other members are: Santosh Kumar Mohapatra, Former Chairman, Paradip Port Authority (Expert Member); Dr Shobhana Kumar Pattanayak, Former Secretary, Agriculture & Farmers' Welfare, GoI (Expert Member); Arbind Modi, Former Senior Economist at IMF, Fiscal Affairs Department (Expert Member Tax); Dr Deepak Mishra, Distinguished Visiting Professor, Indian Council for Research on International Economic Relations, New Delhi and Honorary Distinguished Professor, Delhi University (Expert Member); Prof. Srijit Mishra, Professor, School of Economics, University of Hyderabad, (Expert Member); Pratyush Kumar, Co-founder & CEO, Sarvam AI, (Expert Member); Chief Secretary to Government, Ex-officio Member (Administrative); PS to Government, Finance, Member-Secretary and Director-Budget will be the Convener of the Committee.
