Vinod Jacob Sam (Power Sector - Southern Region, PS-SR), BHEL Chennai and Ramesh Kumar N Executive Director (Solar Business Division - SBD), BHEL who is currently holding the additional charge of Chairman & Managing Director, HMT Limited are said to be front-runners for the post of CMD BHEL.
