Mrs. Veditha Reddy, a distinguished 2015-batch Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer belonging to the AGMUT cadre, has officially assumed office as the Special Secretary for the Department of Women and Child Development (WCD) under the Government of Delhi.

Recognized for her administrative acumen and efficient governance style, Mrs. Reddy steps into this crucial role with a mandate to strengthen ongoing welfare frameworks, streamline institutional mechanisms, and optimize the execution of child protection and women empowerment schemes across the capital. Her leadership is expected to infuse renewed momentum into grass-roots initiatives, enhance inter-departmental synergy, and ensure greater transparency and accountability in service delivery.
