Former Kerala DGP Tomin Thachankary Gets four-year sentence in DA Case

Former Kerala DGP Tomin J. Thachankary has been sentenced to four years in prison in a Disproportionate-Assets case. The Vigilance and Anti-Corruption Bureau found that assets acquired by Thachankary between 2003 and 2007 were allegedly 135%–138% higher than his known sources of official income.
