Mahesh Kumar Garg, presently serving as CTO, Northern Railway (NR), has been assigned additional charge of the post of Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), Central Organisation for Modernisation of Workshops (COFMOW). He is an Indian Railway Service of Mechanical Engineers (IRSME) officer.
