Major reshuffle of IPS officers in Chhattisgarh, Pawan Deo is DG, Home Guards

The Chhattisgarh government has issued new posting orders for 31 IPS officers in a major reshuffle. Pawan Deo of 1992 who served as CMD, Chhattisgarh Police Housing Corporation, will join as Director General of Home Guards, Civil Defence, and Fire Services.

Gurjinder Pal Singh (1994 batch), DG, PHQ, is now DG, Training and Director, State Police Academy.

S R P Kalluri (1994 batch), ADGP Police Headquarters, will take over as MD, Chhattisgarh Police Housing Corporation.

Pradeep Gupta (1995 batch), is shifted as ADGP (Administration and Selection), PHQ, with additional charge as Director of Prosecution.

Vivekanand (1996 batch), ADGP for Naxal Operations, SIB, STF, and CAF, was assigned additional charge of ADGP (Finance, Planning, and Management).

Deepanshu Vijay Kabra (1997 batch) receives additional charge of ADGP, Railways and ADGP Traffic.

Amit Kumar (1998 batch) gets additional charge as ADGP, Anti-Narcotics Task Force; Dr Anand Chhabra (2001 batch) was shifted as ADGP, Technical Services, Dial 112, and Telecommunications.

Among other transfers, Ankit Kumar Garg (2004 batch) gets additional charge as IG Anti-Narcotics Task Force and IG SIA; Dhruv Gupta (2005 batch) joins as IG CID, CCTNS, and SCRB; Prashant Kumar Agrawal (2008 batch) has been appointed as IG S4C and Technical Services and Milna Kurre (2008 batch) was shifted as IG, Chhattisgarh Armed Force (CAF).

Further, Mrs Parul Mathus assumes charge as DIG, Anti Narcotics Task Force, PHQ; Manish Sharma as DIG, Administration and Selection; Abhishek Meena as DIG, Chhattisgarh Armed Force, Bastar; Sadanand Kumar as Chhattisgarn Armed Force, PHQ, Nava Raipur; Girija Shankar Jaiswal as DIG, S4C and Technical Services, Nava Raipur; M L Kotwani as DIG, CID, PHQ; Prashant Kumar as DIG (CCTNS+SCRB), PHQ; Ajatshatru Bahadur Singh as DIG, Home Guard, SDRF and Director, Fire Services and Vivek Shukla was transferred as DIG, Security, PHQ.

Additionally, Rajesh Kukreja was transferred as DIG, Finance, Planning & Management, PHQ; Mrs Shweta Rajmani as DIG, Telecom and Dial 112; Ramkrishna Sahu as DIG, CID, PHQ; Mohit Garg as AIG, Administration and Selection; Ravi Kumar Kurre as AIG, CID, PHQ; Yaduvali Akshay Kumar as AIG, CCTNS, PHQ; Chirag Jain as Commandant, 18th Battalion, Manendragarh Chirmiri and Mrs Anjali Vishwakarma is posted as AIG, Traffic, PHQ.
