Three IRS officers promoted as Chief Commissioner of Income Tax

The government on Monday promoted three IRS officers to the rank of Chief Commissioner of Income Tax.

Those officers promoted are-

Vinita Rattan Sharma (IRS-IT, 1994), Upendra Bhushan Mishra (IRS-IT, 1994) and Shahi Sanjay Kumar (IRS-IT, 1994 batch).

Of these, Upendra Bhushan Mishra has been posted as CCIT (2), Mumbai and Shahi Sanjay Kumar as CCIT (OSD) in the office of Principal CCIT, Delhi. He will also hold the charge he was looking till his promotion.
